But your words will be much more salient in the right atmosphere. That message should come from you, the team leader. To get us back on track, sometimes all it takes is the right message delivered in the right way. A new project is started with vigor and tenacity but then, somehow falls into a rut. This happens to work teams all the time too. Urgency dissipates and we’re left chugging along without much thought. Unfortunately, as we get back into the rhythms of everyday life, we tend to lose that feeling. Invigorated and inspired to go forth and do great work!
